I looked at the scale and my mouth dropped.
WTH, 219.4 lbs…. are you kidding me? Was someone stepping on the scale, they have to be for that to be true. This is me coming face to face with reality. I’ve decided to do what I know best.
Cut down on what I ‘m eating and slowly replace non healthy food with healthy food that tastes just as good or in fact better.
I’m going to post a “now” picture and then I’m going to use this blog to tell you what worked for me and what didn’t. I’m also logging everything that passes these wonderful lips on My Fitness Pal.
